From Team Work to Collaborations for successfully completions FWC 2022

Since yesterday evening social media and TV is making me nostalgic about FWC 2022. It remind us of the amazing host that Qatar was to the FWC 2022 Fans and the beautiful people that contributed.1 year post the kick off, in reflecting on my time at FWC 2022 Marketing, Communications, and Event Experience, I've had the privilege of learning invaluable leadership lessons from Khalid Ali Al-Mawlawi Here are a few key leadership lessons takeaways:
Lesson 1 – Strategic Resource Mastery:
He excels at leveraging human, financial, and experiential resources to consistently surpass expectations. Talk the walk and Walk the Talk.
Lesson 2 – Smooth Sailing with Wisdom:
Not necessarily reinventing the wheel here. He smoothly transitions from past wins, making the leadership game look like a breeze.
Lesson 3 - Intentions Move Mountains:
Mr. Khalid vibes with the idea that with good intentions, everything’s fair game. Setting goals and smashing them? It’s all about having the right mindset.
Lesson 4 - Homeland Love for the Win:
When your leader, like Mr. Khalid, who has immense love for the homeland, you can’t help but get pumped. It’s like the ultimate loyalty booster.
Lesson 5 – Accountability + Empowerment Magic:
Mr. Khalid keeps it real. Own up to mistakes, but also own those wins. It’s a two-way street that keeps the team rolling.
Lesson 6 – Collab Vibes Only:
Mr. Khalid is the maestro of collaboration. Work together, laugh together, and deliver together. It’s a whole vibe.

He teaches us to deliver amazing in everything we do. It's about making a mark, creating a legacy with the work we put out there Taking the liberty to tag a few of my colleague at SC who share might have had similar learning and who were amazing fun to work with and become a family.
